Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Gohar Rabbani Awan, General Secretary of Graceland Housing. I welcome you to the distinguished community of Graceland Housing and extend my heartiest congratulations on your fine choice of investment. With our highly competent team of qualified professionals I can assure you that Graceland Housing is destined for glory.
Graceland Housing though at its infancy, has started on very solid footing. Not only did we have the entire land of the project in our name before the start of sales but we had also signed MOU’s and were in negotiation with leading Consultants and Developers. All these choices were hand picked keeping quality the top priority.
In context with the latest developments I would like to update you on the following:
NOC
By the grace of Allah we have the full and final NOC for our project. We are the only housing scheme in Punjab to have this NOC in accordance with the new rules and regulations applied on 01 January, 2005 by Government of Pakistan. Today we stand cleared from the Revenue department, Tehsil management and District Scrutiny Committee convened under the DCO. All documents in this regard are available at our head office and authorized sales offices, you can also find these pasted on our website www.gracelandhousing.com.
Development
We took our time but finalized the best construction company of Pakistan; Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd (HBL), as our developer. HBL is currently working on projects like DHA Islamabad (Morga-II). Our development plan is based on DHA standards or above (you may take a drive to DHA Islamabad phase II and see the shape of things to come at Graceland Housing).
HBL has completed surveys of the land and currently working on town planning. As soon as they are through with TP we will hold a ballot for allotment of plots according to locations. Our site office is operational you can drive down to have a visit of the site.
Media Campaign
While we were busy taking care of solid things like the NOC’s & development issues we had intentionally kept cosmetics (like marketing) at bay. This does not mean we undermine its importance you would be happy to know that an extensive media campaign has been unleashed with the following tools:
