October 22, 2006: Graceland Housing is proud to sponsor Chand Raat Mala 2006.
ZAFNET MEDIA is holding the Chand Raat Mela (Festival) on October 22nd,
2006. MEDIA has been celebrating “The Independence Day Festival and Chand
Raat Mela (Moon Sighting Festival)” for past 3 years in Atlanta, Georgia.
These festivals are filled with different games, musicla performances and
children activities as well as booths and stalls of various items. This
year we are planning to introduce additional programs such as Gift Shop,
Food contests and other games and festivities. There will be something for
everyone to enjoy.
Typically, at least 3,000 family members attendt hese Festivals/Melas. Last
time, approximately 4,000 people attended our “Chand Raat Mela”. This time
around, we are expecting even more people to atten dbecause of an increase
of population in Georgia.
These festivals are held in Atlanta’s spacious and vast 40,000 square feet
hall of “North Atlanta Trade Center” in heart of Norcross, Gwinnett County.
Gwinnett County holds the big population of South Asian community.
“N.A.T.C.” is conveniently located from Interstate I85 and I285.
